Was anyone as excited as I was to see Lindsay Lohan host “Saturday Night Live” last night? According to the ratings, lots of people tuned in to watch her. Some probably happy to see her back to acting and some waiting to see her fail. But in my opinion, she did pretty good for someone that has made more court appearances than actual acting in the last few years…
She started off really good with the monologue and the first skit. The skit “The Real Housewives of Disney” was hilarious and was promising. But then it kind of went downhill from there.
She seemed to stumble over her lines a lot and kept looking at the cue cards for a far too long. But like I said, it still wasn’t as bad as many thought it would be and her episode was the #2 highest rated episode this season for SNL.
So Lindsay successfully made a comeback last night. Though it was not her strongest performance, she did what she came to do, which was get a fresh buzz going for herself. And hopefully her career can go the Robert Downey Jr. way and she can re-establish her self as an actress once again. Congrats, Lindsay!
